In countries/regions where we have strong distributor or dealer representation for our products, normally we do not ship the product direct to individual customers.  However, we understand that not everyone is able or willing to travel for a long time to a dealer to purchase a Pacific Cycles product if you reside in the area where there is no Pacific Cycles authorized dealer nearby.  Also, not all the distributors and dealers carry all series of our models.  In these cases, you might prefer to order from us directly. 　

All of our current distributors/dealers are enthusiasts of Pacific Cycles products, and if you are close to one of our authorized dealers, we strongly encourage you to visit their store and take a test ride in person.  If there is no dealer nearby, please encourage your favorite bike shop to contact us about becoming our dealer in your area.  Many owners of Pacific Cycles bikes are surprised and impressed with the superb performance of our bike and decide to buy it after taking the test ride.

If there is one, please kindly contact them regarding the availability of our product and accessories that you are looking for.  You can also consult with our dealers for any questions you have regarding our products which will help you decide which model is most suitable to you.  Even if they don't have the model you are looking for, you will still be able to get an idea of the quality of the product we make from other Pacific Cycles models that they carry. Moreover, a Pacific Cycles dealer is always there to provide after service and help you solve any repair matter or unusual situation.

We do request that if you have paid a visit to any of our authorized dealer for a test ride or have received consultation and help from that dealer, then you should show your support and appreciation by buying the product from them.　

Generally you will pay the same manufacturer's suggested retail price if you order direct form our online store.  Some countries might require you to have a company address or import license in order for us to ship the bicycle to you.  We will inform you if this case happens.  We have plenty of experiences shipping bicycles all over the world and are happy to deal with you direct if there is a great distance between you and our distributors or authorized dealers.

You can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB only; American Express not available).  After we receive your product order form and confirm the availability of the product you want to order, we will send you a credit card payment form, and arrange the shipment after your payment is confirmed.
